These Terms & Conditions govern your use of dopelabs.in (the "Site"), operated by DopeLabs ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About the Site

The Site is an informational and marketing presence for our engineering studio. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, professional advice, or a guarantee of any result. Any engagement for us to provide services is governed by a separate written agreement between you and us; these terms do not create one.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site. By using it, you confirm that you can.

Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • use it unlawfully or for any unlawful purpose;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or data;
  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or breach its security or authentication;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Site, for example by overloading it, scraping it with automated tools, or attempting denial-of-service;
  • introduce malware or any harmful code;
  • copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer the Site or its content except as permitted by law;
  • submit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that you have no right to share.

Submissions through the contact form

You are responsible for the information you submit and confirm you have the right to share it. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information you would not want us to process; submissions are not treated as confidential unless we agree otherwise in writing. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the information to review and respond to your inquiry. We are under no obligation to reply to, evaluate, or act on any submission.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, design, layout, graphics, and the DopeLabs name, logo, and mark, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our prior written permission.

Third-party links and content

The Site may contain links to, or content from, third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, content, or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DopeLabs and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability will not exceed INR 5,000 or the amount you paid us to use the Site, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DopeLabs and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these terms, any law, or any third-party right.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle data.

Changes

We may update the Site or these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any separate written agreement, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
